Layered Greek Dip

This fresh, easy Layered Greek Dip is the ultimate party appetizer! Creamy seasoned cream cheese, savory hummus, and fresh Mediterranean vegetables come together in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup prepared hummus (plain or garlic)

  • 3/4 cup English cucumber, finely chopped

  • 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, seeded and chopped

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, freshly crumbled

  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

  • Pita chips or fresh pita bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, fresh lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Stir until completely smooth.

  2. Spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom of a shallow serving dish or a flat platter.

  3. Spoon the hummus over the cream cheese layer and gently spread it out into an even layer.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped cucumber evenly over the top of the hummus.

  5. Add the chopped tomatoes in an even layer.

  6. Scatter the chopped Kalamata olives over the tomatoes.

  7. Top evenly with the freshly crumbled feta cheese.

  8. Garnish the entire dip with the sliced green onions.

  9. Serve immediately with sturdy pita chips, or cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours before serving.
