Homemade Starbucks Pink Drink Recipe

A creamy, refreshing, and entirely caffeine-free copycat recipe that duplicates the iconic pastel coffee shop beverage using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white grape juice, chilled

  • 1 cup refrigerated carton coconut milk, chilled

  • 2 tbsp strawberry simple syrup (recipe below)

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Ice cubes

Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add diced strawberries, sugar, and water to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer for 15 minutes until berries are mushy.

  2. Let the syrup cool completely for 30 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass jar.

  3. In a medium pitcher, combine the white grape juice and 2 tablespoons of your cooled strawberry syrup.

  4. Pour in the cold carton coconut milk and stir vigorously until completely blended into a uniform pastel pink color.

  5. Fill two tall glasses with plenty of ice cubes and your fresh sliced strawberries.

  6. Pour the pink beverage over the ice and serve immediately with a straw.
