Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 large burrito-sized flour tortillas

  • 4-6 crispy chicken tenders, cooked and chopped

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked extra crispy and chopped

  • 1/2 cup cheddar or Colby Jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, finely shredded and dried

  • 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes, diced and drained

  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook your chicken tenders and bacon until completely crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a medium bowl, toss the chopped chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese together with the ranch dressing.

  3. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until pliable.

  4. Place a layer of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes in the center of each tortilla. Top with the dressed chicken mixture.

  5. Fold the sides inward, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.

  6. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Cut in half and enjoy!
