An overhead view of a large glass bowl filled with creamy grape salad, heavily layered with brown sugar, toasted chopped pecans, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red seedless grapes, washed and completely dried

  • 2 lbs green seedless grapes, washed and completely dried

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/3 cup granulated white sugar

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Instructions

  1. Wash all the red and green grapes, then spread them onto paper towels to dry completely.

  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla until perfectly smooth and creamy.

  3. Drop the whole, bone-dry grapes into the cream mixture. Use a rubber spatula to fold until every grape is coated.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a clean glass serving bowl, cover with wrap, and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  5. Right before serving, sprinkle the packed brown sugar evenly over the top of the salad.

  6. Top with a final layer of toasted chopped pecans. Serve cold.
