A beautifully blended mango margarita served in a cold rocks glass on a sunny patio table, perfect for summer cocktails.

Smooth, frosty, and packed with tropical flavor! This easy Frozen Mango Margarita takes just minutes to blend up and features a mouthwatering spicy Tajin rim.

Ingredients

For the Margarita:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks

  • 3 oz silver tequila (tequila blanco)

  • 1 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup (see note)

For the Rim:

  • 1 fresh lime wedge

  • 2 Tbsp Tajin Clásico seasoning

Instructions

  • Prep the glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of two cocktail glasses. Dip the damp rims into a small plate of Tajin seasoning. Set aside.

  • Blend: In a high-powered blender, add the frozen mango, tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.

  • Mix until smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and thick.

  • Serve: Pour immediately into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy cold!

Notes

  • Simple Syrup: To make your own, simmer 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a pan until dissolved. Let cool completely before using.

  • Thickness: If your drink is too thick, add a splash of water or extra lime juice. If it’s too thin, add a handful of ice and blend again.
