These Caprese Salad Skewers with Balsamic Glaze are the ultimate 10-minute appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 24 cherry tomatoes

  • 12 fresh mozzarella pearls (bocconcini)

  • 24 fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Thread one tomato, one folded basil leaf, one mozzarella ball, another basil leaf, and one more tomato onto a 6-inch skewer.

  2. Repeat for all 12 skewers.

  3. Place on a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
