These Caprese Salad Skewers with Balsamic Glaze are the ultimate 10-minute appetizer.
24 cherry tomatoes
12 fresh mozzarella pearls (bocconcini)
24 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Thread one tomato, one folded basil leaf, one mozzarella ball, another basil leaf, and one more tomato onto a 6-inch skewer.
Repeat for all 12 skewers.
Place on a serving platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
